MY SEBA connects customers with skilled, vetted professionals for in-home services. We act as a platform facilitator and do not directly provide the services.
2. User Responsibilities

  • Treat all assigned service professionals with respect.
  • Maintain the safety of the workspace for our professionals.
3. Booking & Payments
Service availability depends on professional acceptance. Prices may vary based on specific requirements and workforce count. All payments must be made through authorized platform instructions to ensure security.
4. Professional Conduct
Service professionals are independent contractors. While we mediate disputes, MY SEBA is not directly liable for quality issues beyond the platform’s mediation scope.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha.

Refund Policy

Note: At MY SEBA, we prioritize service commitment. Please note that we do not provide any kind of refunds once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed.
